make a sheep, earn $0.02

sheepmarket.jpgthis is crowdsourcing at its silliest:  the sheep market.  these 10,000 sheep were created by  "workers" on Amazon.com's Mechanical Turk (my favorite new place to waste a lot of time in exchange for microscopic amounts of money). each worker was paid 2 cents in compensation for the following task: "draw a sheep facing left."  people from 7599 unique IP addresses responded to the challenge, including me. i haven't found my sheep yet, though. it's in there somewhere.
